Since PayTM has now started providing payment gateway solution to the merchants to start receiving online payments, people using wordpress websites now have started looking for methods to integrate Paytm payment gateway in their wordpress sites.
How to Integrate PayTM Payment Gateway in WordPress Websites
Here is the list of plugins and other relavant resources you can use to integrate Paytm in your website running on wordpress
1). WP Pay with Paytm Plugin
i). You need to upload the plugin folder “paytm-donation” into /wp-content/plugins/ directory using FTP (Filezila / Live FTP).
ii). Then Activate the plugin from WordPress admin panel.
iii). Select Paytm Settings from menu list and insert Paytm configuration values provided by Paytm team.
iv). Now, create a new post or page with [paytmcheckout].

2). WooCommerce Paytm Gateway Plugin

Since Paytm has recently started its payment gateway feature, the plugins are still under development phase and one can also pick them up from the GitHub, I have mentioned there links below.

Instructions to setup:

Installation and Configuration:
i). All you have to do is to unzip the Paytm module files,
ii). Copy the file “paytm.php” and “encdec_paytm.php” to your WordPress installation in this folder: /wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-merchants/
iii). Then log in to your WordPress administration
– Go to Settings -> Store
– Choose Payments at the top of the screen, and tick off Paytm. Press “Update” to save the settings.
– After module Installation, configure it.
– You should select the Transaction mode, enter paytm Merchant id, Merchant key, website in the listed parameters on configuration tab.
– Then click on Update.
